New Study: Plastic in Oceans is on the rise

 

Further to our News item last December regarding plastic in our oceans, National Geographic has recently published a news item relating to the issue.

According to a new study:

“Eight Million Tons of Plastic is Dumped in the Ocean Every Year.
Which is equal to five grocery bags per every foot of coastline around the globe”
